Manipal Institute of Technology-Bengaluru library aims to support the academic needs of students, faculty and researchers of MIT-Blr through the development of pertinent library collection. Manipal Institute of Technology-Bengaluru library is located on the 1st floor of the MIT building and is easily accessible to the students, faculty and researchers of the institute. The MIT-Blr Library occupies a total area of about 5382 sq. ft. with 170 seating capacity, and there are group discussion rooms available for students & faculty members.

MIT-Blr library subscribes many electronic resources, such as e-journals, e-databases and e-books as a component of our digital library which are accessible not only within the campus but also remotely. MIT-Blr library has become an information rich interms of print and digital collection accessible to all our users. The provision of services designed to meet the user information and learning needs such as Book Bank Service, Circulation Service, Digital Library Service, Multimedia and Periodical service. Library follows the open access system, encouraging the user to browse these resources freely in the knowledge centre. The available resources promote the teaching and learning activities and also facilitate improved productivity and qualitative research in the institute. The entire library is Wi-Fi enabled with air conditioning. All subscribed e-journals, e-books, online databases pertaining to Engineering, Law, Management, Social Sciences, Humanities, Commerce, Arts & Design streams can be accessed 24/7 using OpenAthens Remote Access Facility.
